48-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the time missed will be deducted from your treatment. This ensures that we can maintain our schedule and provide quality service to all clients. The full cost of the treatment will still apply.

Package Treatments: If your appointment is part of a package of multiple treatments, and you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the scheduled treatment will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed treatments under these circumstances.
