• Mix Colostrum with your recommended Vitamin A moisturizer.
• It can be used morning and evening and it can be used continuously.
• We also recommend if you get a breakout put a thicker layer on an inflamed spot and sleep in it overnight, the spot has often near enough gone in the morning.
