Consistency > constantly changing products ✨ Th Consistency > constantly changing products ✨ The truth is that the most important factor in skincare results isn’t the product itself — it’s how consistently you use it. Skin needs time and routine to respond and improve. That said, I personally always choose medical-grade skincare because the formulations are more stable, targeted and effective. My personal routine includes: • Niacinamide – helps regulate oil, reduce redness and strengthen the skin barrier • Topical Vitamin C – supports collagen production and protects against environmental damage • Retinol – which I introduced in my 30s to support cell renewal and improve skin texture ⚠️ Retinol must be used carefully. It speeds up skin cell turnover, which means using too much or starting too strong can lead to irritation, redness, dryness and a compromised skin barrier. It should always be introduced gradually and ideally under professional guidance. Remember: great skin is built through consistency, not constant product hopping.
